Michelle Vos brings 18 years of legal experience, including private practice, government service, legal education, and service as an Administrative Law Judge. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for careful legal analysis, thoughtful problem-solving, and the ability to explain complicated legal issues in clear, understandable terms.
Before joining the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, P.A., Michelle served as an Administrative Law Judge with the Idaho Office of Administrative Hearings, where she presided over contested cases and made decisions affecting individuals and families facing significant legal and financial consequences. That experience has given Michelle a unique perspective when working with clients. She understands how overwhelming the legal system can feel, particularly when someone is dealing with financial problems and is uncertain about what comes next. She believes clients deserve to be heard, to understand their options, and to have their questions answered in plain English.
Michelle’s earlier legal practice included representing governmental and private clients in a wide range of matters involving municipal law, land use, zoning, environmental and regulatory issues, real estate, litigation, contracts, and administrative proceedings. She has drafted and negotiated agreements, researched and analyzed complex legal issues, handled contested matters, and represented clients before courts and administrative tribunals.
Michelle also served as a law professor, teaching Contracts, Business Organizations, and related courses. Her experience as an educator reflects her commitment to helping people understand not only what the law requires, but why it matters and how it applies to their individual circumstances.
At the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, P.A., Michelle brings that same combination of legal experience, careful analysis, and compassionate communication to helping individuals understand their bankruptcy options and make informed decisions about their financial future.
