Russell Muncey’s Testimonial

Transcription – Russell Muncey:

My name is Russell Muncey I came to this firm back in January. I believe I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy. My financials were being paid and everything, but I got sued from a car accident. I owed and 72,000 which meant that my driver’s license was now not good unless I paid that off. There was no way I could pay. I was on Social Security and that was it. I also had to pay my other bills, but the credit cards they had 6,000 that’s maxed out. All I was doing is paying the monthly charge for the credit card but nothing after that.

I was just behind. The eight-ball money was going out for nothing and so I decided to get bankruptcy and then went online. I looked up some lawyer firms I got ahold of this one. I enjoyed what they said and so we set up the bankruptcy procedure it was just a matter of getting some paperwork together some information together on my part and luckily they they did the other.

We filed for the bankruptcy and finally it went through. I had to go to the federal building to get the final court thing done. After that I waited and finally the bankruptcy did go through and approved, so that was a biggest relief right there. That meant I could go down and get my driver’s license finally. I went down there and I ran into a big problem. They kept giving me run around this run around to that. I had the paperwork together that Frank Papa put together for me to take. He said these should be the forms so that I got there there’s a lot of confusion so I had to call Frank Papa he straightened them out so I could get my driver’s license.

The other thing I found out is that they said I needed owners insurance. Come to find out that would be for if I would drive another car. I didn’t have a car at the time and so I went the other day and try to turn in my driver’s license for an ID and they said I don’t need insurance for my driver’s license, so that was a very good thing too. My credit score has gone up. I’m up to about 623 right now and I’ve applied for credit cards. We’ll see what goes on with those. I believe in a year or six to eight months my credit score should be back up. There’s some kind of normal right now it’s that good and that’s what I enjoy.

I’m applying for that my credit gets up a little bit more I could find some work. Then I plan to purchase a car or vehicle to get around with. I am disabled, I’m in a scooter wheelchair, and that’s the way I get around right now. I take the bus every day but it’s okay and I appreciate the help I have received for everything that was asked. These people really have at the firm here really have a lot of experience in bankruptcy since they primarily do bankruptcy cases. That’s the best thing right there. They had the knowledge and everything. They know the ins and outs. The biggest thing is I could have done it on my own, but it would have been much more of a headache for me to get that done.

This firm here, they’ve done beyond what I thought would happen. Like calling up and talking about this or that. They didn’t charge me for it or anything. It’s the help that I received beyond what say the contract was in here. I’m very very happy and absolutely I will recommend if anyone is asking about or talking about financials. I would highly recommend that this firm be used. If anyone asks me I will definitely tell them about this place. Thank you very much and that’s all I have.
