Kimberly McIntyre is a bankruptcy attorney with over two decades of experience. Before joining the Law Offices of Robert M. Geller, she served for more than seventeen years as a Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office in Bradenton, FL, where she handled a broad range of matters including litigation, appellate advocacy, creditor meetings, and settlement negotiations.
Before serving in the Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office, she represented debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, helping clients navigate the bankruptcy process and work toward a fresh financial start. Her experience representing both debtors and the Chapter 13 Trustee provides her with a well-rounded perspective on bankruptcy law and the practical issues that arise throughout the process.
A graduate of WMU–Cooley Law School, Ms. McIntyre graduated magna cum laude, ranked seventh in her graduating class, and served as a Senior Associate Editor of the Law Review.
When she is not practicing law, Kimberly enjoys getting lost in a good book, gathering around the table for board games with family and friends, and spending time with her husband and teenage son. She also shares her home with two cats, Mystique and Lamb Chop.
