If creditors are calling you repeatedly, harassing you, calling your job and your neighbors, we can stop them. Our attorneys sue creditors under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and under Florida's Consumer Collection Practices Act for creditor harassment. Each person contacted by a creditor should be treated with dignity, respect, honesty and fairness. We do not charge you anything if we sue creditors for harassment unless there is a recovery. Our fees are paid from the recovery.
